Pre-Kindergarten Enrollment will Begin Mid-March

Step 1:  You must first complete an application for enrollment which will begin on March 15,2024 . (English or Spanish). You can pick a hard copy up at any elementary school, or you can click on the links above to get a copy. Along with the application, you must also submit proof of income.  Suggested income documents are listed in Section 5 of the application.  ALL incomes are accepted for enrollment. For additional information, please review the WCPS FAQ.  We simply collect and secure this information for state reporting and Blueprint.

Step 2:  Complete the application/proof of income, and submit those items in any of the following ways:

• Mail to: 10435 Downsville Pike, Hagerstown, MD 21740

• E-Mail to: conawwen@wcps.k12.md.us

• Drop off at any elementary school or WCPS Central Office.

Step 3:  The Office of Early Learning will review your application, and send you additional information through the US Mail within 2 weeks of receiving your information or via email if you marked that option on the application. When you receive notification from us, you can call the elementary school your child will attend to make an appointment for final enrollment.  You will need the documents listed on the right to complete enrollment.
